In contrast to Waveslaves thread, what song will always (or nearly always) make you a happy person? Personally, Postal Service's "Brand New Colony" does the trick for me. Not sure why, though.

I like Israel Kamakawiwo'ole's "Somewhere Over the Rainbow/What a Wonderful World," although that damn tv commercial is killing it for me.

I also like a great deal of insanely bubbly pop music, so that does the trick.

Everytime I hear "A Praise Chorus" by Jimmy Eat World it makes me really happy. Good thing all my friends put it on every CD they make for me.
Also, anything by The Go! Team makes me feel really giddy.

There's a few that come to mind. Most of them aren't "happy" songs per-say, but for whatever reason they always invoke that emotion in me:

Modest Mouse - The View (I can't listen to this and remain sitting still)
The Mountain Goats - No Children
Architecture in Helsinki - Maybe You Can Owe Me
Gorillaz - Feel Good Inc.
The New Pornographers - All For Swinging You Around
Franz Ferdinand - Take Me Out
Electric Six - Dance Commander.

For some reason, the Seb Fontaine remix of Prodigy's "Smack My Bitch Up" gets me in a good mood right now.

Also, BT's "This Binary Universe" CD puts me in a good mood, generally. It's pretty awesome.
