Robert Stack's voice:
Now, I'm not talking about Unsolved Mysteries, as that show never really impressed me much, but that man had a voice which sent shivers down my back.
Clowns:
I wasn't necessarily afraid of clowns, I just tried to avoid them. See Ronald McDonald? Shift to the other side of the restaurant. See a carnivale clown? Run away. See a clown on TV? Change the channel. I still try to avoid them, same with mimes.
Abyss:
Being sick when I was younger, I used to have hallucinations. These hallucinations often involved my surroundings: walls/ceilings collapsing on top of me and not being able to breathe, knives floating in mid-air coming after me (which helped insinuate another childhood 'fear'), and the abyss. The abyss could be best described as being pulled into nothing. I could see everything around me, but I couldn't do anything. All I remember is black - there was no light only those visions of outside the abyss. Whenever I'd try to grasp onto those visions, I would be driven further and further away.
Knives:
For the longest time I hated knives. Not the small knives, or the ones you carry around with you, I mean the big fucking jagged knives which are a foot long. Unsurprisingly, I was cut numerous times by knives when I was younger - even to the point where one of those big jagged knives went right through my hand.
There's more, but I can't really think of them much anymore. Most of them I now laugh at.
"Oh Joe Cocker"
(you like Joe's Cocker, don't ya?)
"It's up where it belongs."
