I prefer Coke (obviously). I find it has a less sweet, and a more bold taste than its competitor.

Also, Coca-Cola comericials present a more down-to-Earth outlook on things while Pepsi hires stupid celebrities to try and appeal to a generation that doesn't give a damn and is already way too emmersed in the ways of MTV (this not affecting my decision, as mine is based soley on taste).

Coke for me too. Though I really can't tell the difference between either seperately, but if I have both right next to each other, I like Coke for the same reasons as Coca-Cola. I feel similar about the commercials too.

Oh and googlefight says Coke is better too.

I switch between the two, but mostly I prefer Coke. Pepsi is too sweet for the most part for me. Vanilla Coke also beats Vanilla Pepsi as does Sprite beat Sierra Mist.

Wow. That's odd. I've always found Coke to be more syrupy and sweet than Pepsi, which is why I prefer Pepsi. Everyone else thinks exactly opposite me. Weird.

I like Coke's taste slightly better, but I am aslo biased towards because of the commercials like you said. I really dislike the appealing to the MTV generation thing, the down to earth approach works.

To me, they both have carbonation, they both are sweet and taste good, so often I am indifferent. But given some sort of life and death ultimatum, I'd have to go with Pepsi.

Fuck coke, Pepsi is better. I can't stand the taste of coke at all. And I don't generally watch tv, so I haven't seen a Pepsi commercial since that one with Bob Dole talking about his little blue friend. That was absolutly hilarious.
