Well, it's back.

Rules (non-Premium):

1. You can change one title every 24 hours.
2. You need 50 posts to change a custom title.
3. You can not change your own custom title.

Rules (Premium)

1. You can change one title every 12 hours.
2. There is no post limit on when you can change custom titles.
3. You can not change your own custom title.

There are now two types of custom titles. The ones that are displayed above your avatar and now the ones that are displayed below your avatar. If you are a premium member, you may still alter the custom title that is above your avatar; however, you may not change the custom title that is displayed below your avatar. You may change other people's custom title below their avatar by clicking the "Change Title" link that is now displayed by every single post.

That's about it. I know a lot of you miss this feature, so I figured I'd go ahead and bring it back.

Oh yeah, and these titles are logged. I will be adding a feature for Premium members to view all the titles they've both given out and received. I just don't have the time to do it right now.
